Nik is a highly experienced Town Planner with 15 years experience in private practice. In 2016, Nik acquired the firm and is the Managing Director.


Nik's experience extends to a number of important planning specialities, which include statutory planning on major commercial and residential projects, representation at the State Administrative Tribunal, development approval negotiation and liaison with statutory authorities.   He also has a design skill set, and often provides design advice to our clients.


With 15 years experience in the private sector, Nik has formed positive relationships with local and state government representatives and has successfully negotiated a number of Town Planning proposals for our clients, including major commercial developments in WA.

Clare has worked with PWA for over 19 years, commencing work with PWA in 2001.  Before working in the private sector, Clare worked with a number of WA Local Governments as a Planning Officer in both the areas of Strategic and Statutory Planning.


In addition to her tertiary Town Planning qualification, Clare has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Heritage Studies.


Clare is instrumental in undertaking complex Planning projects on behalf of a range of PWA's clients and her experience is extensive in all aspects of Town Planning.


Since founding Peter D Webb & Associates in 1985, Peter has worked to deliver outstanding results for our clients and establish the business as one of WA’s best small Town Planning Consultancies.


Peter has recently retired from the practice, but remains in contact with us. From time to time, Peter consults for PWA.


Peter has also, in the past, been the National President of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) and is now a Life Fellow.
